No Stupid Questions
An internal podcast built to make the organization easier to understand through conversational, story-driven episodes.
Overview
No Stupid Questions is an internal podcast I created to make the organization legible—breaking down roles, workflows, and the people behind them through conversational storytelling. I produced, hosted, and edited the series end-to-end, building it into a repeatable format for internal learning and connection.
Challenge
Many associates were new to financial services and lacked a clear understanding of how different roles functioned across the business. Traditional training was not solving for curiosity or context. The opportunity was to create something people would choose to engage with—informal, human, and easy to access.
Approach
I designed the podcast as a lightweight, narrative-driven format that paired role clarity with personality. Each episode focused on demystifying a specific job while surfacing the perspective of the person doing it. I handled the full production pipeline—concept, hosting, scripting, recording, editing, and distribution—and built an opt-in subscriber model to grow an engaged audience organically.
Outcome
The podcast grew to 1,500+ subscribers at its peak and became a recognized channel for internal storytelling and knowledge-sharing. Its success led to consulting requests across the organization and helped secure investment in a dedicated video podcast studio. That space is now used for ongoing productions, including the leadership podcast featured on this page.
